garlic pickle south Indian style




GARLIC PICKLE

INGREDIENTS:
GARLIC (SKIN PEELED),
POWDERS REQUIRED:
RED CHILLI POWDER, CORRIANDER POWDER,FRIED FENUGREEK POWDER
TURMERIC POWDER, TABLE SALT ,MUSTARD POWDER
OTHERS INGREDIENTS : JOGGERY,TAMARIND,MUSTARD, VINEGAR,
GINGELLY OIL ,REFINED OIL.
METHOD:
STEP 1 :Take a dried pan , add gingelly and refined oil ,add peeled garlic ,and add all the powders except chilli powder and vinegar.
Step 2 : add tamaring paste and boil
Step 3 : after boiling for some time the oil will be separated from garlic tamarind paste, add chilli powder mix well remove it from the fire. The add vinegar.
Last Step : cool it , and store it in a dried bottle .
